Much better than website. Useful having maps but still needs local knowledge to find names of locations. For example the int. Airport bus stop does not have airport at start of name.

Good that you can get tickets directly from the app now. I have an I link card. The only thing is that I still have to go to the train station to top it up.

The planner often doesn't match the actual times or even the times displayed on the screens at bus stops. It also doesn't show when services are cancelled. Tran slink contact center staff have said it isn't accurate. Makes it very difficult to plan or rely on the services, which is frustrating if public transport is your only means of travel.

Monday 2/8 17.45 9 bus at the side of city halll. Driver closed the doors as we were running by the front of his bus at the stop, making it obvious we needed to get on. He then got stuck in traffic 5 feet away from us and ignored me knocking on the door, terrible company, some terrible staff. We need another bus company especially in belfast, buses are cancelled at a moments notice. No care for the customer at all, I hate that I have no other options.

Not accurate to when buses show up at all. A few minutes I could forgive, but half the buses I try to get don't show up.

Dysfunctional app that doesn't let you buy a ticket. The website is just as bad. At this rate I'll have to physically go to Belfast to buy a ticket.
