Good that you can get tickets directly from the app now. I have an I link card. The only thing is that I still have to go to the train station to top it up.

Much better than website. Useful having maps but still needs local knowledge to find names of locations. For example the int. Airport bus stop does not have airport at start of name.

Monday 2/8 17.45 9 bus at the side of city halll. Driver closed the doors as we were running by the front of his bus at the stop, making it obvious we needed to get on. He then got stuck in traffic 5 feet away from us and ignored me knocking on the door, terrible company, some terrible staff. We need another bus company especially in belfast, buses are cancelled at a moments notice. No care for the customer at all, I hate that I have no other options.

don't expect for trains or buses to show up at scheduled times the app encourages you to show up when the transport arrives at the dot but trains will arrive 3 minutes early and leave after about 20 seconds of sitting this has caused me to be late a number of times

Not accurate to when buses show up at all. A few minutes I could forgive, but half the buses I try to get don't show up.

Why cant transl ink have one app where you can view timetables etc. and click to buy a ticket rather than download another useless app. Don't get me started on day tickets valid for glider and not metro. Shambles of a company.
