Won't let me add card. Tick save card, and it says the post code is invalid. Tried without space, with space, with comma. Won't work. Unusable app.

Utter rubbish. I booked a train from Luton to Derby for £29 pounds via Uber, I saw his app and thought I'd try. £47 for the same ticket. I tried using a later date just in case the cheaper tickets were sold out. Nothing. Same thing. So, the app is ripping people off by charging more for cheap tickets. no, thanks, not for me even though it's easy to use.

Required a lot of info to access the app, then 1st search didn't work as it wasn't a direct route... required me to identify the stages of the journey - surely this is what the app should identify for me. At least - that is what I would want.

Everyone unnecessarily bunched up around annoying kids. Carriage is boiling hot and heard other passengers saying the same, wanting to cough my guts up every other minute with this air blower pushing around the hot air that is also promoting germ growth.
