Brilliant app for train travel! Love that I can select my seats for LNER journeys and love that it shows me the direction of travel as I cannot travel backwards! Live train updates have been super useful to me as I had a journey with lots of changes recently. The interface is clean, intuitive and reliable which is exactly what you need when travelling

Too many ads for Perks: no, thanks! Otherwise, mostly works well, but ... "add tickets to wallet" is broken. I have 2 tickets, but each Add button only tries to add the first, so I've only got one ticket in my wallet! BUG! Update: the wallet feature was working, but inside google wallet, it wasn't clear how to see both. Luckily, the on train guard found it! Thanks 👍 I'm using this instead of the totally broken SWR app!

So what's the point of being able to download the return ticket to Google wallet if it doesn't show the seat reservation on the return journey?

Unfortunately since the most recent update the option to add journeys to a calendar appears to have been removed, as has the ability to add journeys to Seat Frog. More seriously, whilst the option to add tickets to Google Wallet is still there, it only allows you to add the outward ticket and not a return, and states the ticket is already added if you try and add the return separately. This previously worked, as did the now removed calendar and Seat Frog functionality, so this is a backwards step.

I don't know why this happens now, but it will only show the outward bound ticket when downloading both outward and return tickets to Google Wallet. You only get the option to redownload the return ticket nearer the time your return train is due to depart, which is frustrating if you have an Anytime Day Return ticket and decide to get an earlier train. Please sort this out. Thanks.

1. Quick booking advertised on your site and app when dashing for the next train doesn't work (often suggests tomorrow and fails to save search params) 2. Will let you get all the way to booking the payment and then say 'something went wrong' if trying to book a ticket for something within next 15 mins 3. Sometimes gives tomorrow's date as default meaning you buy the wrong ticket. Needs: buy a ticket for right now option with quick pay. Essential.
