The old app (built upon Train line) was great. Easy to use with very few issues. The new one is absolutely awful, far too many issues to fit within 500 characters....

This new app is absolute garbage. Everything takes a lot longer. They've separated bookings from live trains so when you go to book a train you can't see what platform it's going from unless you go to live times when it won't let you book the train. Payment takes forever and it keeps logging me out. What a hot steaming mess this is. I'm glad when they updated their systems it's finally given me the option to delete my account cos that's exactly what I'm going to be doing.

Awful since the new update. It makes logging in slower and it doesn't remember your device, so you have to log in every time. Finding trains is now a hassle. Booking takes even longer. You can't reschedule tickets easily any more (or possibly at all, my ticket for today says "amendable" but the Amend and Refund buttons don't work at all.
