PLEASE keep me logged in. It's so annoying when it's logged me out just as I want to get my tickets for scanning at a barrier.

This used to be a decent app but has become unusable 1) It keeps logging you out all the time and to access your tickets you then have to log back, impossible when on a train with no reception or when rushing in/out of the station. 2) It doesn't show live times/delays in the booking window and lets you book tickets for trains that have been cancelled. Live Times are completely separate and horrible to use as you have to check every station when changing trains rather than checking the route.

totally, totally frustrating to simply buy a ticket! first of all you're told you have just 5 minutes. I entered details of journey and then im told to sign in, panic because i of course I don't know details off the top of my head finally get to pay and am told to enter billing address I start typing my address appears but god knows why it won't save I try again it still won't save then time runs out YOU ARE BETTER OFF USING TRAIN LINE it worked without any hassle GWR your app is useless !!!
