It is not clear how to book seats with more descriptors. For example, window forward facing and side by side. Not easy to see what stops the train makes. Easy to get tickets.

L love GWR. I AM Ex pat living in Australia. GWR was always THERE premier rail operator. The staff are always helpful and professional. I dread to think what will happen when UK rail takes over. Never since pre nationalization did BR care about services, cleanliness and frequency. Most don't remember those days. Beaching destroyed rail. It will happen again with a low patronage line, whereas many lines will be axed. People complain about fares. There are many discounts and rail cards. RIP GWR.

The app will store e-tickets, and you can look up train times, but you can not buy tickets, logs in to PayPal then nothing. Might as well just go to the station

They have just done an app update and the whole thing now crashes. Opens and closes immediately. Tried clearing the cache, deleting the app. It should not be made this difficult for customers. Not the first time that this app is totally unreliable. Not the biggest challenge in the world to deliver an app, but apart from shoddy train service, GWR also excels at being unable to deliver a basic booking app that works!

No e-ticket. In a normal country, a normal train operator would send the ticket bought online in the confirmation email. Or the app would then show it. But no. I still have to collect my ticket at the station.
