Overall ok, but recently tickets from several days ago still hang on in the active tickets section, very annoying and causes clutter, should be moved to expired section, please fix, only noticed recently 😕

App is good, but the cancellation policy means a charge of £5 per ticket... even if you bought more than one and the same transaction in the app - not the app's fault as such but a definite downside to online purchasing

Pretty easy to use but prefer it on the PC as can see what you're doing. As sometimes system as a mind of its own with times/day! Used this to book a train to Welsh Wales and GWR app was a real ball ache as kept cancelling PayPal. Would prefer better info on issues/buses etc. as list's things but not giving full info to make decisions etc

I still have tickets marked as "active" that have expired weeks ago. I will often be trying to purchase tickets for times the app says trains are due, but when I actually try to purchase the ticket the app says there are no trains available for several hours. I can purchase tickets for these times at the station, so I know it's not because their cancelled. Incredibly inconvenient when you need to use the train to get to work.

Prices shown are more expensive than on the website! London to Horsham - £18.75 on the website, £28.20 on this app! As with everything Southern Rail does, it's useless.

Want to buy a ticket with this app, like we're encouraged to? Well you're out of luck, stick to printed tickets. This app refuses to check out from basket, eternal loading spinning wheel yet all other app tabs and pages load fine, just can't actually buy a ticket.
