This app has now improved to the point where it's actually OK to use. There are a couple of annoying things about it, but it's not bad. Most annoying is that the Active tickets tab is full of old tickets that I can't delete, which makes it hard to find my current ticket. They are not even in date order, so today's ticket is in the middle of a load of old tickets.

Overall ok, but recently tickets from several days ago still hang on in the active tickets section, very annoying and causes clutter, should be moved to expired section, please fix, only noticed recently 😕

Pretty easy to use but prefer it on the PC as can see what you're doing. As sometimes system as a mind of its own with times/day! Used this to book a train to Welsh Wales and GWR app was a real ball ache as kept cancelling PayPal. Would prefer better info on issues/buses etc. as list's things but not giving full info to make decisions etc

** updated review. It's been a year since I wrote my review, and I am still getting the message 'no direct journey found' for many short local journeys where I need to change trains at Lewes, or Brighton. *Prev review: Cannot plan any journey because it either says no direct journeys. Cannot input station names into the Live section because it cannot find them. It's like the app is not intuitive and does not know the Southern network. I now have to use the National Rail app instead.

Worked really well up until recently where now every time I go to buy a ticket it tells me no results are found regardless of station, time etc. Can still check live departure times from stations at least but frustrating I have to go to the station to get tickets

Prices shown are more expensive than on the website! London to Horsham - £18.75 on the website, £28.20 on this app! As with everything Southern Rail does, it's useless.
