Used to be so simple, go to Gatwick Express website book your ticket, Done! But no too simple, now the Booking page is totally useless since Lockdown. Had to use a third party to book Gat Express 3 months ago. So now forced to download Gatwick Express App, but just as main site still BLOODY USELESS. Endless Timeouts or nothing displayed. Who is the IT Tech genius working for Gatwick Express who designed this App.... Liz Trash? Useless App, delete!

Unable to buy a ticket. Unable to download e-ticket after making a booking via website. Appears to be useless.

Absolute garbage app, I registered today and tried to buy single tickets from Gatwick to Victoria st. It took me to the payment page then this message kept reappearing" Your order is either fulfilled or cancelled" logged in/out, refreshed blah blah... rubbish!! Don't bother downloading
