All trips BOOKED here are all cancelled. They do not have a proper reason for the cancellation. Nor do they have a proper customer service to respond to your queries. Not a Good APP.

This service is a travesty. When I get to log in it says my email address doesn't have an account associated with it. I went to support, and they just told me to put my email in after clicking 'forgor password'. But that's the problem! I put in my email address and, guess what, it tells me there's no account associated with my email address, despite me booking using that email and receiving emails from them.

+: when you're looking for a ferry between two given ports, you can get quotes from different companies. -: once they sell you the ticket, they don't care. No communication on check-in, they just throw you your reservation number, and you're supposed to embark with it. Well, all other passengers had their QR tickets, and I was put aside, and had to embark last, because the ferry needed to check manually that I'm in the list. Better check on this app what are the lines and then buy directly.
