What's the point of just booking the tickets and not getting the tickets?? There is no reason to use it if you have to go and get your tickets from a ticket agency.

They are layers and thieves. The ferry from Sorrento to Naples was cancelled, and I requested a refund and after 2 months I received a message that I will not get any refund.

All trips BOOKED here are all cancelled. They do not have a proper reason for the cancellation. Nor do they have a proper customer service to respond to your queries. Not a Good APP.
