I booked two motorcycles on to a Pent land Ferries crossing. On confirmation, it seemed that one was bumped to the next crossing. At departure, we were told thst they were fully booked and the second bike would have to wait until next crossing. Despite there being space left and the fair paid, boarding was not allowed without paying again. Moral-Book direct with ferry company to maintain flexibility and avoid the extra Open ferry charge.

What's the point of just booking the tickets and not getting the tickets?? There is no reason to use it if you have to go and get your tickets from a ticket agency.
