Ferry hopper is preferable to a ferry booking office because it's so well organized and effective. We walked into an office at my wife's to ask about a ferry to a nearby Island. I already knew from this website that it was not expensive. But the man quoted a price three times higher than ferry hopper, so I booked it on ferry hopper, and I don't plan to use any other ferry booking service

Ferry hopper doesn't recognize the Greek island names when searched for using the Greek language. To search for and purchase a ticket, one must use the Latin alphabet.

I've tried to book a trip three times, and I've had no confirmation that the booking has been successful. It's VERY frustrating and time-consuming.

This is a terrible app. The customer service is virtually non-existent. They take ZERO accountability for misinformation, missed or cancelled ferries. Use it if you want. But be aware, when things go wrong, you are on your own.

Got to the departing port and the ferry we were scheduled to catch had been suspended. We had no prior notice of this and had to wait around for an ungodly amount of time to catch another. We missed out on planned activities at the arrival port. Prior notice would have enables us to change them. Attempted to get a partial refund and customer services were no help at all. USE AT OWN RISK WHEN BOOKING THINGS AT ARRIVAL PORT as ferry hopper will not inform you of any departure changes.
