Ferry hopper is preferable to a ferry booking office because it's so well organized and effective. We walked into an office at my wife's to ask about a ferry to a nearby Island. I already knew from this website that it was not expensive. But the man quoted a price three times higher than ferry hopper, so I booked it on ferry hopper, and I don't plan to use any other ferry booking service

I've tried to book a trip three times, and I've had no confirmation that the booking has been successful. It's VERY frustrating and time-consuming.

The app showed that the latest ferry was at 17:20, but in reality ferries were operating every 30-60 minutes throughout the entire day. Because of this inaccurate information, I waited unnecessarily and completely changed my travel plan. At the port, the ticket process was already confusing, so having incorrect ferry schedules in the app made the experience even worse. I trusted the information in this app and regretted it. Very unreliable.

Bought a ticket on their platform and the ferry company didn't even exist. I contacted the ferry hopper customer service, and they completely ignored me. I do not recommend it!
