Very useful bus comparison website. Booked 3 non-Flixbus rides (Zadar, Plitvice, Zagreb) via their website, but used the app to show my QR codes or tickets to the driver. No issues at all, except sometimes the app will throw an initial error on opening, but be OK straight after.

This app was very helpful and will be more so when more bus lines allow electronic (non-printed) ticketing. I would like it more if it was easier to see and leave reviews on bus lines to help make decisions on which tickets to purchase. Compare with Uber which requires passengers to rate their trip after every booking. This would help travelers and also assist bus lines to identify and improve problems. I would also like to be able to review routes and stops on a map. I think this would be very helpful in understanding potential delays among other things. Would be good if bus lines were able to communicate delays through the app. We provide contact details but in my experience get no notification whereas other passengers do.

Worst experience. We had booked a bus to split from plitvice at 2340. A bus arrived at 2330 and didn't stop. And no bus arrived thereafter. Hence, our entire trip was jeopardized as we had to spend one more day in Plitvice which cost us €73. They didn't even transfer the ticket to next bus leaving at 0940. A refund also seems less likely. Please don't use this app. Rather book on the spot as buses are always almost empty.

Bought tickets then the bus driver told us that they were not valid. Didn't get a refund, so I am totally disappointed. This app has no relation with FlixBus company which offers refunds. DO NOT use this company :)

Frustrated !!! Tried booking in this app and the driver told that the qr code is invalid. So I need to pay again for the ticket. Emailed you already for the refund!!!!
