I bought China Southern flight with Cheap 0'Air because they said they would deliver my boarding pass with me. They failed to do this so this senior citizen has to figure out how to get luggage to the ticket counter & deal with luggage in a long line - just what I worked to avoid. Very unhappy!!!

I will never use cheapo air ever again. Tickets are cheap but the chances of your flight getting delayed or worst canceled are high so ask yourself, is it really worth it?

Very dissatisfied with support and this is fraud if I can give minus star I will, flight was canceled. They didn't refund me... neither they provide accommodation and taxi. I spend like whole day for this 3 hour on call with customer service 1 hour hold during call I will never book with this ....go with direct flight booking on website... that will be cheaper and trusted. This cheap o air is fraud... don't be part of scam

Permanently logs me in from unknown region, requests changing the region to Canada where I am, for that requires another log in. after login in I am in the unknown region again!
