Easy for use of service, can track your bus though not always accurate or the bus driver is lying about arriving on time. We arrived about 50 mins late, and it said we were on time. My complaint about the app: since I installed it, all my links I share from Google keep defaulting to link through this app/ opening through this app 😅 Even though I have the setting turned off...

This app is so dumb, why do you need to send me notifications to use the app, and the worst part is it always link steals! I was trying to open a link my mom sent me to for a Palm Sunday Mass, and I can't open it's because of Our bus. And while the buses are fine, they are confusing every time because of lack of communication on many fronts TLDR, Only use if needed, app rerouted links and is not efficient

Desperately need a ride to work for Monday, PA to nj. Sunday I get told that the stop I paid for round trip was not on the driver's schedule. They wanted me to get dropped off 45 minutes past my stop in a city without a way to get back.
