I not believe how accommodating they were. I am afraid of buses because they cramp my knees. Not this one. They changed my tickets 3 times during one trip. You now have a loyal customer.

I and my family suffered from failure of the bus to come through the stop where we were advised to be there. We arrived 14 minutes before the scheduled departure time and called to the support team. We were advised to wait but after long waiting, were informed that the bus has departed. Our whole trip to NY was messed up because of their failure, and they denied everything not to refund at least the extra cost that was incurred to us for catching the next bus in another location 40 mins away.

This app is so dumb, why do you need to send me notifications to use the app, and the worst part is it always link steals! I was trying to open a link my mom sent me to for a Palm Sunday Mass, and I can't open it's because of Our bus. And while the buses are fine, they are confusing every time because of lack of communication on many fronts TLDR, Only use if needed, app rerouted links and is not efficient
