UPDATE: The customer care team have reached out to me and have offered to provide an appropriate amount of refund to cover the costs associated with this issue. ORIGINAL: Very dodgy dark patterns. I received 2 EaseMyTrip vouchers worth ₹3,000 each. When I tried to use them, I was told that vouchers can only be used as Coupon Codes, that meants removing the EMTZEROFEE coupon. So ended up getting only ₹1,000 worth of value from the vouchers both times.

I have the worst experience here there official site glitched and date changed automatically, but we have chose the right date and the website glitches and date automatically changed and after payment they aren't allowing us to reschedule or change the date as it was their website fault. But still we have to pay the full price and 10000 rs just wasted, and we have rebook the actual ticket from book my ticket
