★★☆☆☆ The experience with the customer support has been pathetic. I booked two train tickets through the app. Had to cancel them due to unavoidable circumstances. It has been exactly 1 month since then, have not received any refund. In the app it shows the refund has been processed 25 days ago. Contacted customer care 3 times, on which they give assurance to get the money within 24 hrs, had been hundreds of hours since then. Even complained via email but no reply. How can anyone rely on this platform😒

★★☆☆☆ This is pathetic app and customer service is even more pathetic and not at all customer friendly. They just believe in eating customer money. I have booked hotel for 2 days for Durgapur and need to cancel the same due to change of plans. Company has cancel the hotel and not refunded the single rupee even when I have cancelled much before date as per their policy. Customer Service Manager is saying he can't do anything. Please use other app like Agoda, Make my Trip which are much better.

★★☆☆☆ They are processed in Real-time by IRCTC I understand but why doesn't it reflect on the EMT App. What I am doing now is searching my PNR number in other app, and they show me current status while EMT is still showing my booking status. Instead of acknowledging that EMT lacks this feature and saying maybe it will be updated in next few updates, you people are acting Just Arrogant and Cocky. So downgraded the App to 2 stars.
