This app deserves not even one star for their services...... Imagine being in an unknown city, and you trusted this app and booked the hotel with good ratings...and when you reach there the property Doesn't exist...just a plain ground ....we paid through this website, and they denied the refund ....the customer care service isn't viable ....the employees are rude ....and the manager himself is not understanding the situation.....worst services ever .......

Worst vendor. I do not prefer anyone to use this app. I booked a ticket with wrong date accidentally and called customer support within 4 mins. They mentioned that they will call back in 1 hour but never call back. I called the again they mentioned that reschedule will take 4900.00 a new ticket booking is 4400.00 when I asked for the reason why they do not have answer. After wasted time, I rescheduled from app for 3400.00. Why such useless customer support. I am uninstalling app. I never suggest

1 star. Airline cancelled my Kuwait-Lucknow flight. EaseMyTrip deducted Rs 1,802 charges and put remaining Rs 15,503 in wallet instead of card. Mailed on 21 May, no resolution till now. When airline cancels, full refund is mandatory by DGCA rules. Cheating customers. Avoid.
