Every time I open the app it says something went wrong please try again. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and then when trying to sign in I put in username and password then it sends me a verification code then says something went wrong please sign in again. The up is unusable

can't log in and if you get to doesn't recognize the policy number awful app makes me want to change insurance if they can't get this right !

Unfortunately this app is pretty bad, youi is a great insurer with top tier customer service however the app won't even let me get past the log in screen, it logs in and then pops up saying something went wrong, and I need to log in, rinse and repeat and nothing works, tried reinstallation to no avail
