★★★★★ Update *** Are there only 4 things available now? Where are all the vouchers and café's etc.? Is it because of Covid and if so will they be coming back? Thanks**** I like using the rewards. I've made some good purchases over the years. Jamaica Blue is my most used. I did have some initial issues and sometimes still do but Youi and Jamaica Blue North lands were great. Handy to buy vouchers for people at Christmas and Birthdays.

★★★★★ A good app overall but I'm running into an issue where it automatically goes into split screen with my last used app whenever I try to tap an option to view a claim I have. Can't un-split the screen either.

★★☆☆☆ Useless app, none of the policy management features work, and not all my policies appear in the app. I just get an "Oops" message if I try to do anything. It's been like that for about 3 or 4 years now. It doesn't look like Youi has any plans to fix it.

★★☆☆☆ Absolutely useless app don't waste your time! Logging in is fine, but then I go to 'Manage Your Policy' and I have to log in in again! So I log in in, and it goes absolutely nowhere, just keeps hanging and then nothing or Timeout. Amateurs!

★★☆☆☆ Youi Just 3 category of gift cards available. What happens to your promise with rewards? "We are the best in the market and offer more rewards and savings" where it all gone. How long to watch out for more offers? Looks like time to switch.
