Couldn't unlock through app, was locked outside. Uninstalled app and still wouldn't work update so the gps thingy wasn't secured under dash and hung down with bumps, I disconnected it because I thought it was not supposed to be there turns out that's what it was for, so I connected it agn and started working agn

Yet unresolved app error where it won't communicate with the truck. I've been on a call with onstar twice, been directed to a broken claims link on the GMC (and had it inferred I don't know how to copy and paste), and endured about 8 auto-send responses and 4 (?) different "app reps" sending the canned responses. App constantly signs me out. Remote start and other features work about half of the time. Feels like it's about 10 years behind other car apps I've used. Not sure how GM expects anyone to pay for this after the free period expires

Being told a trusted device is connected 10+ times when you open the app is getting really annoying. UPDATE! They stopped the trusted device notification. However, the app no longer updates fuel level or mileage unless I request support and onstar does a vehicle diagnostic check... according to them it's a "ME" issue nothing to do with app. I have already done that Hannah...
