Couldn't unlock through app, was locked outside. Uninstalled app and still wouldn't work update so the gps thingy wasn't secured under dash and hung down with bumps, I disconnected it because I thought it was not supposed to be there turns out that's what it was for, so I connected it agn and started working agn

I have the Connect Plus plan which is supposed to include remote features. The unlock feature has been unavailable for the last few weeks (since the app updated). The unlock button is red, and I can't press it. All the other features work. Is this a glitch that will be fixed soon? Or is something wrong with my account? Overall I like the app and use it to schedule service, remote start my car, etc. I hope the unlock feature can be fixed!

Truck had an update and now Onstar doesn't work and half the time android auto doesn't connect. Can't start, lock, unlock or anything with the app. Just tells me 'Failed to send signal, use key to start' called Onstar, and they tried sending a signal which failed. I went to a dealership and their advice was "disconnect the battery for 20 minutes and see if that helps. If not make an appointment and come back.
