The truck is great but have touch screen problems since I left the dealership. The radio plays but goes to GPS. Sometimes it switches while driving. There are times it interacts with the dash settings. They change to different settings. The service dept. says that they will keep an eye on it. Not a good answer. I t is set up to auto lock the doors and beep when leaving the truck. One time only, did it beep, fold mirrors when leaving and going into a restaurant. When I came out the windows down&

Who approves to update an app that was functioning just fine. I miss the previous style as this one is too bland and boring. Takes forever for app to try and connect and turn on my vehicle with it sometimes failing altogether. Please revert to previous version as this one is terrible.

I purchased this 2026 chevy traverse new got it with 12 miles and in 5 days at 277 miles the motor blow up now I'm having issues with (GMC) and chevy telling me I can't get a new car for my wife the car put my family in danger on the freeway, and now I have a $70,000 dollar lone and no car GMC telling me the going to fix that car and give it back to me and compensate me with gm points I was told to stay away from Chevy but didn't listen the 2019 traverse I bought it from Chevy and within couple

I got the update, and now I can't connect to my truck anymore what is going on with this app every time there's an update it stops doing stuff last time my startup from the app stopped working now logs in, but it just keeps on trying to connect I can'jt use my controls in 2024 Since the last update remote start unlock doors ect... giving me a lot of issues and just spinning and spinning. 2 months later still doesn't work if I could put zero Stars I would still don't work poor customer service
