Ford is the best of the best. We love our 2025 Ford Escape plug-in hybrid and wish they were not going to discontinue it's manufacturing. The service here in Sanford North Carolina at Crossroads Ford in both sales and service has been fantastic.

I've a 2025 77kw explorer and the app is absolutely useless. I need an app that I can change the charging settings. Connected services doesn't work for the explorer or Capri EVs. Ford needs to do better.

08-11-26: This recent update doesn't allow connection with my Galaxy Watch Ultra 2. Is the watch no longer supported? (Old edit): Would it be possible to add an indicator to show if your doors are locked? Like, a green lock if its locked or a red unlock if it's not locked? Thanks for consideration.
