The app works well, but I give it only four stars because it offers only very basic functionality. The biggest gap is in managing the battery charging functionality: - unable to see key details of ongoing charging, e.g. start time or start SOC. - unable to set charge schedule - often shows the car as unplugged or as with charging error even when plugged in without any issues. This is probably also a charger/car software issue, but the app does not offer any ways to override an erroneous status.

It was working great until today and can't log in...even after reseting my password, uninstalling the app, clearing cache and storage! Still can't log into it! After numerous Ford support specialists failed to resolve the issue... maybe I should've bought a Tesla instead.

I'd like to see vehicle Locked/Unlocked status. Sometimes vehicle locks with walkway & sometimes it doesn't. APP quite unreliable. I'd like to be able to watch the cameras while away. Basically make the APP like a Tesla APP.

This app no longer works for me... was working great for a year and a half! However now, whenever I try to log in, it just takes me back to the sign-in page. I've deleted it and reinstalled it..... nothing works. From Jan 2025 ......keeps closing on me and has glitches Then it was working great. Now it's not working at all! I uninstalled, reinstalled won't even give me the sign in screen. It's just black. Would be nice to be able to start my truck with these freezing temps
