Ford DiagNow provides diagnostic functionality in a convenient lightweight package enabling users to quickly address vehicle concerns without the need for a full diagnostic scan tool and laptop.
With the Ford DiagNow application you can: • Read and decode the Vehicle Identification Number into specific model information • Read and clear Diagnostic Trouble Codes for all equipped vehicle electronic control modules • Read live data parameters from the vehicle • Perform live vehicle network monitor • Perform key programming* • Read factory keyless entry code* • View service bulletins and messages for Diagnostic Trouble Codes read from the vehicle
All this can be done on any 2010 or newer Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury vehicle
Requirements: • User must have a valid Ford Dealer account or Ford Motorcraft account with a Ford DiagNow subscription • Ford VCM Lite is the interface required to perform diagnostic functions with the vehicle

Works for my basic needs but would have given 5 stars if it let you put vehicles into parking brake maintenance mode. I think it's a highly used function that a lot of people would use the vcn lite for....

Great app for ford techs quicker than grabbing your computer to use fdrs for data logging, quick scans for dtc, and stupid fast for programming keys/retrieving factory keyless entry codes.

Disregard the 1-star reviews from people without FMC credentials. The average person doesn't have the physical piece of equipment to go with this, so it's not going to work for them, or they think they are a mechanic and want to be able to scan their vehicle. Here's an idea most new Ford's have connected vehicle, and you can log in to your account and see all the info from the vehicle that way. If you have FMC credentials then this app works great! If you don't then it ain't for you.

Paid yearly subscription, but can't log in when in process of programming a remote, can't get tech support on the phone. Very frustrating dealing with Ford.

Can't log in. Created account, verified email, activated. When I log in I get an error message. Looks like I'm not the only one.
