Very convenient and faster than using the usual laptop method. Can't do everything with a laptop with the pod method, but this is great for quick little things!

Disregard the 1-star reviews from people without FMC credentials. The average person doesn't have the physical piece of equipment to go with this, so it's not going to work for them, or they think they are a mechanic and want to be able to scan their vehicle. Here's an idea most new Ford's have connected vehicle, and you can log in to your account and see all the info from the vehicle that way. If you have FMC credentials then this app works great! If you don't then it ain't for you.

Great app for ford techs quicker than grabbing your computer to use fdrs for data logging, quick scans for dtc, and stupid fast for programming keys/retrieving factory keyless entry codes.

After Ford added the @b2b to the user ID, the app will not allow you log in and now makes the VCM lite useless for me. You try to log in with the old user ID, and it instructs you to use the new @b2b. As soon as you add the @ symbol, it grays out the next button.
