This is a great app. It has tons of information. The only thing that I would change is the point system the driving stats. We shouldn't lose points for idling when you have this remote start your car in the morning for it to warm up. I drive 4 MI to work round trip and my driving stats is like 60 something percent because of my idling time in the morning warming my car up

UPDATE 4/1/26. Remote start hasn't worked since 3/27/26. App lists my car as parked in the same location since then. I phoned for help. USELESS. Why on social media, did get a response after a day. USELESS!. I w will not be purchasing another VW vehicle. I lose connectivity frequently and customer service is, day or with me, USELESS. Occasionally it will not remotely start my vehicle.

Mostly Useless. The App does not remotely update vehicle settings such as battery charging settings. You have to go out to your car and change the settings in the car for them to take effect which defeats the purpose of remote settings. The app constantly crashes, it's slow, doesn't feature remote door lock/unlock on my vehicle. Honestly it wouldn't work anyway if it was featured.

No longer works after March 2026 update. Remote Start, Lock/Unlock Doors and location features no longer work. Subsequent updates have not fixed the app.
