Love this thing because it gives me peace and ease of mind when charging my car or when it's parked, and I'm away from it. Or even if I just can't remember where exactly I parked it. If I had to choose a gripe it would be. I would like to know how many miles per hour. The charge I'm getting on my car is when it is plugged in. the dashboard currently tells me after I plug it in, but the app does not. Hopefully a future update!

2025 update. Wow. Hot garbage now. Need to create a profile again, and it doesn't let me progress past the verify address screen. Seriously VW? I want to start my car remotely, not participate in your data collection and distribution scheme. From 2021. ... Room for improvement! I have been using the app for about 8 months. It has improved in that time. It is faster and can communicate regularly with my car. That is progress! Remote start is still wonky. Seems to error out more times than it
