I don't like that you can only start your car two times in a row with your remote start.

Not too many features for this app and connected to ID4 2024 in Canada/US. Europeans have more access to car even using home assistant. Almost useless, except temperature adjustments. The plague of loosing connection still goes on. Dealers do not do anything. The customers service department -harshly speak english I think they exist only to register the issues. The car beeps all the time when not having connection, very intelligent design. But is the peoples' car, so we pull the fuse to fix it.

I haven't experienced any major issues with the app other than periods where the door lock status/notifications are flaky. After an update a number of months ago it was good for a while until recently, but they removed the pull-down refresh option and now when I go into the app I'm never 100% sure if the door lock status is accurate or not unless I force stop and reopen the app (even then I'm not totally sure). I just wish it was clearer when the status was last updated.

The app has lost contact with my vehicle which has rendered it useless. I can't see where my car is located, the lock status, and I can't remotely start it, although remote start barely worked to begin with.

2 weeks ago, the app stopped working with my car, rendering it useless. Worst time for it to do this, as it's absolutely freezing out during this time. I've called support, and they said it was an issue on their end and should resolve in 4 days. That was about a week ago. I've also booked an appointment at my dealer, which is an ordeal in itself. A shame, as I really like the vehicle. Not the end of the world but the app is essentially nullified for me currently.

PLEASE FIX YOUR APPLICATION !! Getting random alerts which aren't real isn't helpful (such as doors unlocked while everything's closed/already locked, remote start not working anymore meanwhile everything's ok, no more notifications of safety) I'm considering changing company when my rental's over.
