I'll tell you what King Tutt is the way to go. He doesn't speak Spanish, but he understands everything with his heart. I'm going to bring all my family and friends to meet him. I'll translate. I like that there is an app for my car, but I don't know that I can trust the data. I recently had a flat tire, and it was reading the wrong tire. They put a new tire on it, and it still is ready inaccuracies. What the heck 😳

Every time I try to start vehicle with app or unlock doors after sitting 1 week, nothing happens. Tells me I have to open driver door and start vehicle...what good is this app. My old 2015 Silverado Chev app back in the day worked great. My 2025 Silverado app is garbage. Very disappointed. Have no clue how this app works with vehicle, does it need my house Wi-Fi, which has good signal to truck, or does it use the On Star Wi-Fi, or what?? Location also does not work! Please help me!

WORTHLESS The map location is wrong most of the time. The active charging function only works sometimes. If you want to know IF it's charging or done charging, you have to walk to your car. I really see no advantage to the app. Just go to Google and type "my Chevy app" and the first suggestion "my Chevy app doesn't work." That tells you all you need to know. I already uninstalled and reinstalled the app...

Typical app now days email, password, send code doesn't do anything difficult to add a family member. Brand-new iPhone won't pair. Remote start is not included you have to have onstar.

I own a 2019 Chevy Silverado Custom Trail boss 5.3 The truck was built without Onstar. This app requires the owner to use their "OnStar account". I've tried using all info provided to the Dealership during the purchase of my truck. I have entered the trucks VIN# Way too many times. This app is worthless to owners who don't have and can't have an OnStar account. That's too bad.
