Comments on myChevrolet for Android

I like that there is an app for my car, but I don't know that I can trust the data. I recently had a flat tire, and it was reading the wrong tire. They put a new tire on it, and it still is ready inaccuracies. What the heck 😳

Had these features on my previous Truck and I love them!

Update! I uninstalled and then downloaded the app again. It worked! I loved this app for a long time. It has helped me get into my vehicle multiple times. I especially like to use it for location purposes. My husband drives Lyft, and it helped me to locate him when the car broke down in a snowstorm! In the past few months, it doesn't read the fuel levels correctly. I had an update yesterday and now the location service does not work at all! Please fix it!

One of the best shopping/buying experiences I've ever had. Jonathan short and herman wallace. At Long Lewis Chevrolet of Bessemer made this process so easy if I had to do it all over again I would not change a single thing. Jonathan short, Herman Wallace you guys are awesome and Long Lewis Chevrolet of Bessemer was a pleasant change of pace for a dealership, and I have purchased from many in our area. But found my home Nancy M

I didn't realize how bad this app was until I got a Tesla. This app is slow, unresponsive, and lacks functionality. Can't set the charge limit or leave time for my Chevy Bolt through the app. This app is often extremely slow to connect to the car. This useless app won't even let me change the temperature of the air conditioner! Meanwhile, the Tesla app works flawlessly with my Model Y. Chevy needs to take lessons from Tesla.

WORTHLESS The map location is wrong most of the time. The active charging function only works sometimes. If you want to know IF it's charging or done charging, you have to walk to your car. I really see no advantage to the app. Just go to Google and type "my Chevy app" and the first suggestion "my Chevy app doesn't work." That tells you all you need to know. I already uninstalled and reinstalled the app...

I own a 2019 Chevy Silverado Custom Trail boss 5.3 The truck was built without Onstar. This app requires the owner to use their "OnStar account". I've tried using all info provided to the Dealership during the purchase of my truck. I have entered the trucks VIN# Way too many times. This app is worthless to owners who don't have and can't have an OnStar account. That's too bad.
