My lyric is all I thought it would be. Since I got my charging unit installed I've enjoyed it even more. I don't think I will ever go back to an ice car again. Very happy with the purchase and the driving experience. The only not so good observation, the ride isn't as smooth as I thought it would be. Great on smooth roads but there isn't a bump in the road it doesn't like.

Takes forever to do anything like unlock the car or start the AC, I have to go to the website and login every other day. The Ford and polestar apps worked 10x better and didn't cost a monthly subscription to unlock doors or remote start.

My app won't scroll down, so I can press start ive done all the troubleshooting and nothing will fix it.***** update I messaged them, and they attempted to help and my app does nothing won't scroll down to where the start button is .... fix this please I really like to start the car before I bring the kids to the bus.

This app is terrible, it's slow and half the time unresponsive. It's also very limited in the information and options. For a Cadillac I would have expected better.
