This app just simply doesn't work. It worked perfectly fine for a few years. Since December 2024 I have been having issues. Vehicle status has not worked. I have contacted on star service a number of times. Unfortunately they were unable to fix the issue. As of today 8/12/2026 still have the same problem. I have uninstalled and reinstall a number of times also have done all updates. Last update 8.15 a few days ago. Still same problem. My issue is with my 2014 CTS Premium Luxury AWD 3.6V HELP

My app won't scroll down, so I can press start ive done all the troubleshooting and nothing will fix it.***** update I messaged them, and they attempted to help and my app does nothing won't scroll down to where the start button is .... fix this please I really like to start the car before I bring the kids to the bus.
