The app allows you to do: - Register your Mazda vehicle(s) to make online service appointments - Locate dealers nearby - Download owner’s manuals and guides - Access and enter service history information - Request Mazda Roadside Assistance - Stay up to date with recalls
In addition, if your vehicle is Mazda Connected Services capable, you can activate it through the MyMazda App, which will take your Mazda experience to the next level. Here are a few of the things you’ll be able to do with Mazda Connected Services (all available through the complimentary trial period). - Remote Engine Start / Stop - Remote Door Lock / Unlock - Monitor vehicle health - Receive vehicle status alerts - Easily find your car remotely - Search public charging stations, check charging process, and facilitate ChargePoint payment if applicable (BEV/PHEV)

Works great, but of a delay sometimes in notifications when I leave a door open or unlocked. Sometimes I unlock door, grab something or work on it for five min, lock door. And it'll alert me in an hour that door is unlocked. Alerts do not go away on their own. Please make Wear OS app. iPhone' users shouldn't have all the fun.

I love being able to start my vehicle to get it warmed up in winter and cooled in summer. However, the app does not allow me to choose cold AC or hot heater, so I have to set it when I park it.

My Mazda app is very unstable and most often won't connect to the car, so it doesn't work, and the car status won't update.

I've only successfully started my car remotely two times-once was at the dealership when we bought it, and they were showing us how it all worked. Honestly hate having to use my phone to remotely start my vehicle, and the fact that it will soon be a subscription service is only further disappointing. I love Mazda and have owned 5, but "advanced" technology is truly ruining new vehicles.

Worst app out of all the car companies. I have new CX-5 and got a 1-year free trial - the remote functions hardly ever work. I wonder who would want to pay for the app after 1 year
