App works fine for me. 2025 CX-50 owners MUST have this app to remote start. Free for 1st year to original owner. Year starts when vehicle is purchased. Currently, subscription fee after 1st yr is $10 month. The app has a lot of features and provides good info. You are able to remote start (and stop), lock and unlock doors, flash hazards, sound horn, call for assistance, as well as other activities. I don't have issues with anything not working for me, and I use it all the time with no issues.

we are a couple who DREAD negotiating, especially for a car!! Incredibly enough, Isaiah, Bill and April made it a positive experience and we are now loving our new Mazda. We will arrange to see Isaiah this week to help us with some of the more esoteric features of our car since he has repeatedly encouraged us to seek his knowledgeable assistance.

Useless app. The only time it gives a notification of anything is when I sit in the car for a bit after getting home, where it tells me that I've unlocked it. The remote features don't work, and the status updates don't work, even when the car is on our wi-fi. Who would pay for this? I feel ripped off, and I'm getting it for free for a year. The only positive is that the annoying ad notifications can be turned off, just not through Android's settings.

It's insane to me that a mid-tier vehicle can come with an app that lacks features almost every other manufacturer is offering. The inability to change heating/cooling settings during a remote start defeats the purpose. Never mind Mazda's obnoxious design that kills a remotely started engine any time a door is opened; what a ridiculous 'safety feature'. For a company trying to do for It's brand what Acura pulled off, Mazda's app is a long way off.

The app on my phone was working fine until the latest update. Now it logs me out every single time. Doesn't notify me of the car door is open. Doesn't do anything. It is worthless at this point. I am paying $10 for NOTHING ! SHAME on you Mazda !!!!!!
