A huge thank you to the OnStar team for the exceptional service I received. From the moment I called, the representatives were kind, patient, and genuinely concerned about my safety. Even though the towing company failed to provide service, OnStar stayed in contact, checked on me, coordinated with AAA, and made sure I wasn't left feeling alone while stranded. Their communication and professionalism were outstanding throughout the entire ordeal. Excellent customer service is hard to find

I've tried several times to re-add my wife and daughter to my family coverage when I upgraded my cell. I send the link, they complete the process, and they don't add. However, I've been able to add my son. I've sent a message and haven't received a response from OnStar Guardian. Calling the phone number doesn't connect beyond an electronic noise.

Signed up for this service because I recently moved out in the country & had been having car troubles. The first 2 times I broke down and needed a tow I was informed I hadn't had the service for 30 days so I didn't qualify for the free tow service. So I said to cancel my service & was told they couldn't do it that I needed to call someone else. I tried the number i was given & got the same result. Now I'm being billed each month & don't know who to contact to cancel!

Sometimes it works great for a little while. Most of the time though it can sometimes take over an hour for my family members location to update. Knowing their location is the whole point so It's not very reliable.
