It's been working great, until recently where I get a message saying I have left the app. I have to open it, so it begins working again. I've restarted the phone, checked for updates but the message shows up after a few minutes.

A huge thank you to the OnStar team for the exceptional service I received. From the moment I called, the representatives were kind, patient, and genuinely concerned about my safety. Even though the towing company failed to provide service, OnStar stayed in contact, checked on me, coordinated with AAA, and made sure I wasn't left feeling alone while stranded. Onstar is generally GREAT! No issues using the service and comforting to have it on hand. What I dislike is that GM (and Onstar) has embedded most common new car features in your GM car as a subscription product! Almost every aspect of your vehicles safety systems (and entertainment) require a hefty monthly subscription if you want to keep them all active.... again it's a great service but has become bloated full of... and in control of about every feature you hope to enjoy in your new car!

I've tried several times to re-add my wife and daughter to my family coverage when I upgraded my cell. I send the link, they complete the process, and they don't add. However, I've been able to add my son. I've sent a message and haven't received a response from OnStar Guardian. Calling the phone number doesn't connect beyond an electronic noise.

Every time 106 Tyson Rd shows up as my location. It is wrong. I live across the street from Tyson Rd at an angle from it. We DO NOT LIVE ON TYSON RD!!!!

The dispatch was entirely rude. Was charged twice for a tow I never got because they couldn't pick it up from a public parking lot of a business that moved it to the parking lot for me to have it towed. Whomever I spoke to by the name of John/Jon was snarky and condescending, talking over me the entire time I placed the 3rd tow dispatch after they took my money twice and didn't do anything. Still waiting for my refund, and we'll see if this 3rd tow can be completed. I'll maybe update my review.
