So if you're out there car broken down as it happens from time to time or even often (more like me), then this is the answer to your problem... I've had AAA...life 360....and even paid to play like the useless carmakers support and roadside assistance. I was able to get towed couple of weeks back yhe same damn day not a week. I've actually got towed 2 more times since and who knows how many more but sofar so good I don't own a Chevy!

Was running perfectly for 18mnths, then stopped updating truck 3 wks ago. Called support who were excellent with various Restart processes and this one worked: * Uninstall both apps (Chevrolet & ONSTAR) * Restart Phone * Reinstall both apps (BUT DO NOT SIGN IN) * Start vehicle - drive for 30 mins * Stop vehicle, switch off, lock up, leave for 10 mins. * Sign in to BOTH apps Within 2 minutes.... all had updated and is now working properly.... Thank you 😊

Useless app since day 1 guardian tried to suck paying onstar members into something that should be reliable to locate loved ones and all get is an app spinning in circles and then a location 2 weeks prior. Get it together! I need guardian that I pay for to work at an instant to guard my loved ones to show their location. STOP THE TRY AGAIN LATER. TRY IT YOURSELF TECH DESK DONUTS EASTERS. TRACK YOUR LOVED ONES AND WATCH THE DONUTS SPIN AND YOU CAN'T GET A LOCATION. STILL HUNGRY? MAKE IT WORK!
