I really appreciate Verizon Roadside Assistance. I like tracking where my help is. Very nice and knowledgeable people who come to help me. The only thing I don't understand is my address is always wrong on this app. They always call to see what address to come too. They say they have 2 or 3 addresses. I can see the wrong address down on app. I try to change it, but it will go to another address down the road. As long as they find me, I guess that's all that matters. Thanks, JdW.

This assistance came in handy when I was low on gas. I only had so many miles for a tow though. There are still perks when you opt into Verizon roadside assistance.

I am so thankful for Verizon roadside assistance and their incredible rescue partners, Duggers. They have come to my aid on more than one occasion. With gas prices being so high, it is easy to get in a bad situation. I've never had a bad experience in the years that I've been using the service. Each time somebody comes out they are very professional and polite and just downright good people. Today gave me the opportunity to meet jeffrey. That guy is amazing. Thanks, Jeffrey. You are the man!

Called roadside. They couldn't get me help. Didn't even fallow through the next morning. Basically told me I was on my own. Horrible customer service. Had to sleep in the vehicle in a remote area. Verizon roadside is a waste of money. Don't buy!!!
