My truck broke down last night on a Friday night transmission went out it's Saturday morning I'll call the 1-800 number they put me in contact with a Miss Bridget who I must say how forcing very, very pleasant she was very resilient very sweet very calm and did everything on her power to try to find me a tow at 7:00 in the morning when nobody's really up and open that early she actually made me feel a lot better cuz my truck is down, so she put me in a better mood, and I told her I will call back

My wife and I got this roadside assistance through a car loan it's been a blessing!!! Between the battery charges, tows, running out of gas, even down to assistance with repairs we've had unexpectedly come up; it paid for itself the first 6 months. The only negative I can say is being in a rural area I always have to find my own provider then have FIMC call in order to complete the claim.

Hello, my name is Johanna. My Lending Specialists name is Samantha Braggart. I applied for a loan through Fairstone and wasn't sure if I would get approved due to my credit rating, but Samantha did everything on her end. This was on March 11th, and I went into her office around 3:20pm, we sat down together at 3:30pm and I signed all the documents just minutes before 4:30pm. And next thing I knew, my loan was in my bank account. I highly recommend Fairstone to anyone that needs a loan. Thanks.

I waited over 3 1/2 hours for roadside assistance. I called to check on my tow over the allotted time. The man was sleep. So I called my autoplay they had never dispatched NOBODY.AN HOUR LATER I TELL THE LADY I'm CANCELLING THIS SERVICE. SHE WAS QUICK TO SAY... OK. ILL CANCEL IT. SHE WAS JUST GOING TO LEAVE ME ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. SO I SAID REALLY YOU QUICK TO CANCEL MY SERVICE INSTEAD OF HELP ME... SHE WAS VERY INCONSIDERATE ABOUT MY SAFETY THANK GOD MY CHILDREN WERE NOT WITH ME.

Can not log in after fighting with the app verification code. Had to do the code several times (new code every time) even though I put them in right it kept saying invalid code. Finally, get that done, and now it won't let me log in.
