It is great experience, I only gave 4 stars because I thought I am in auto payment from my bank account not my debt bank card. And that for all my bills is paid .so if I am not on auto-pay don't expect me to remember to call and make a payment tell I get notification, and it is hurting my credit, just because someone did not enroll me with auto-pay from my bank account, the end it is my responsibility to know something that was not offered to me when I purchased the insurance .here you have it

I broke down needed a tow I was staying at a hotel, and they wouldn't even tow my vehicle to the hotel they don't own to hotels yet that's where I was staying I was from out of state I'm very upset with AAA I had to pay $75 to get my vehicle towed a quarter mile. I had a dead battery no help from AAA I can do the battery myself I didn't need a mechanic for that

I am starting to think this AAA service is nothing but a scar, in my 8 tears with the one time I needed to tow my car the tow truck never showed up, and today I witness the very same thing with a friend of mine. That is really terrible. I will cancel my membership. Very bad.

Bugs out can't get it to load just keeps trying to change screens to authorization and logging with noway to stop it
