I was amazed at how quickly service arrived. That has never been my experience in the past, so it was a pleasant surprise. When the service technician arrived, I provided my AAA membership card and identification, and he got right to work. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had it resolved within minutes. He was professional, efficient, and friendly throughout the entire process. Excellent service from start to finish. Thank you for a great experience!

The app is pointless, barely loads attached to Wi-Fi. won't let you make a payment early or late on the app. You can only pay on the exact date. You'll have to play phone tag with 3 robots and 6 employees that don't know why you got transferred to them. Till you finally get someone that charges you to pay your bill because" you can do it on the app" insurance is even worse left me holding medical bills and permanently disabled and refused to pay out the max on under insured motor coverage.

Put in a tow request. Said my request was received. 2 hours later haven't heard anything, so I called, and they said they don't see my request.

This app is terrible, they want you to use the app to submit for roadside assistance, but when you do nothing happen. Have submitted roadside assistance twice and both times were a nightmare. First time they didn't send a tow truck when one was requested. Second time I sat for an hour before I called to check on where my tow truck was and there was no work order placed. I love AAA, but they need to work on the app alot.
