My car needed to be towed from my driveway to my mechanic. I went online and made arrangements. Next morning was scheduled. I got a message from the tow driver, and notification when he was 15 minutes away. All very efficient, convenient, and friendly. EVERYONE NEEDS AAA!

It's a complicated setup to the point where I can't look at my insurance policy with AAA. The excessive marketing is making it easier to buy more insurance and impossible to look at my current policy. Change the app, or I will be cancelling my AAA membership. This is a developer issue, NOT a club issue.

This NEVER works. Cannot even complete roadside assistance contact. The website is also pretty bad, but literally anything is less frustrating. And remember (because the developer's seemingly do not) that this is an app meant to function (at least a little bit better than a phone) during what might very well be an emergency. If it's an emergency, call !!! - do not bother with this app. You will be very disappointed. ZERO STARS
