I've never had any problems with using the "Alfa2Go" app. I truly like using this 24/7 app anytime of day or night. I like it because you can get your important documents printed out from the "Alfa2Go" Website. I just wish the "Homeowners" premium rates would go down by 42% & my wallet would still faint & cry for 3 days.🤗

My Alfa Rep is Raymond in the Grand Bay, Alabama office. He has been great the whole time we have been covered by Alfa. My husband passed away recently, and I was on my way to Raymond's office to sign some papers, and I had a flat on the interstate, and he actually came and changed my tire for me. So kudos for the whole Grand Bay office. Great staff.

Terrible application. To add another account like my home insurance to my auto insurance. It told me to go to the website. Which I did. But it did not allow me to do anything. Just terrible won't even accept a payment. How do you stay in business?

6/17/15 Can't log in. Can't identify policy #. 4/14/22 Uninstalled this app 1.5 years. Was trash then, trash now. My original review was in 2015 and almost 7 years later, nothing is better. I can check online faster than in app and the app is only good if you want to look at your cards. Nothing else, want to pay, make a claim or anything else it redirects you to the site. Point missed for an app 4/27/24 Still have to use online for everything
