Terrible insurance company. They abandon their customers when they have a problem. Avoid them and go with a larger insurance company

Arabella is the worst insurance company I've ever used. I was hit twice in 2 months. Neither accident being my fault, both caught on dashcam. Arabella declined to renew my policy due to "excessive claims filed". In the end, they paid me, but were reimbursed by the other person's insurance. Their customer service is also terrible. They refuse to return calls and ignore your claim questions. Go elsewhere. This app simply takes you to thr website. A complete waste of space.
