Frustrating. (Only if I didn't have to give a star) Went through all my financial obligations that has an EFT and when I got here the app, it was time for an update. After it did that now I can't get in. So I am going to wait awhile before I decide to just do away with the app itself. Well as of 05/09/22 all of my app issues has been resolved. Great 👍 job NYCM.

NYCM is the best! You get great coverage at the best rates. The app is quick and easy to use. You can see all your insurance policies in one place. You can schedule payments, make extra payments, set up auto payments and more. I've been with NYCM for over 40 years, and I'm staying put!

Original review: 10/4/21 (1 star) "This app is terrible. Fingerprint access doesn't work and nor does my credentials, every time I try to log in it gives a message of bad request or unknown critical error... if it was fixed I'm sure it would be better than the previous application, and I would update this review. Although as of now, I can log in fine and dandy to the old app." **New review: Issue was resolved, and the app works great! A fairly quick response time to my problem thank you team!

ThIs App is terrible on android phone Don't get the Settings to go into personal information Uninstalled and reinstalled same thing No settings Had to go to APP support tan a black screen came up, and I noticed 3 dots and then settings came up. Shouldn't have to go to play store and NYCM App support to get this information Also on the actual front page of the app where FORGOT PASSWORD IT IS WRITTEN OVER ONE OF THE POLICY BLOCKS AND DIFFICULT TO READ. I KNOW NOW CUZ IVE DONE IT TWICE

This Insurance company is terrible, unprofessional and rude when getting an answer. Use another insurance company. Very Difficult for me to get my refund back after they cancelled my insurance by no fault of my own.
