I have Tower Hill on homes in Ohio and Florida. Nobody can beat their prices on bundled policies. At least I can't find anybody who can. I pressed a quote app, which left me cleaning my messages for almost an hour. Because everybody and their brother sent me a message wanting to quote. Won't do that again

Absolutely terrible and fraudulent company. My insurance adjuster was supposedly fired after working my case (and lying the entire time) or planned on quitting anyway and did nothing for months and months besides lied through his teeth. They sent an engineer to my house who made a report so that my claim would be denied and after opening up my walls we found the engineer to be dead wrong in his report. Im sure the app is on par with the company itself

I'm able to log in to the Tower Hill online portal, but get an invalid credentials' error, when attempting to log in via the app. I've verified that the same username & password, which is copy & pasted from a password management app to the mobile app, is also used to log in via the online portal.
