Great map tool to control Narwhal. Love the addition of saving multiple saved plans, multiple time settings, even reminders of those separately. Also, a huge fan of the wetness controls. The ability the edit the default setting was a huge time saver. Love this robot!

We love our narwhal, but it needs some app love. The mapping mode is great and does a great job...then it blanks the interior rooms and leaves an outer perimeter map only... it would be nice to see my interior walls and get to view them when adding dividers. V2 narwhal could benefit from a carpet sensor. Excited for 0ur detergent packs to arrive

Overran really good but during setup it does not indicate you needing to connect to Narwhal's Wi-Fi after connecting your home Wi-Fi. So this might confuse people if they don't research for themselves.

Great hardware. Absolutely hobbled by a garbage app interface. Where do I start? Mapping sucks. Ca hardly divide map up into usable rooms. The cleaning record is time stamped with the time in China! No way to change the timezone. Not enough room labels. Nearly all my rooms are labeled "other1", "other2", etc. I guess, "dining room" was outside their imagination. Too much to list. Worst of all, THEY'VE ABANDON THIS APP! New robot comes with new app. So don't expect it to get any better. Ever!!

The app and T10 worked out fine. Vacuum worked as intended. Then, the latest update from June 1st on my end causes the robot to stop connecting to our home network. I have reset the network via the app, reset the robot, removed the robot from the app, etc. Now, the T10 refuses to connect to the app and network.

I have three I robots in my house. I purchased this mop to clean after the other robot vacuumed. I love the idea of two tanks and a self-cleaning and a drying mop. My goal was to make everything automated and hands off. However, this mop has "no clock". So you have to manually turn it on. It also has a major problem with rugs. And I have found the mapping is very difficult to set up. I have no complaints about the cleaning ability of Narwhal. COME ON NARWHAL HAVE A PROGRAMMABLE CLOCK!
