The app still needs tweaking. For some reason it's so hard to split a room that is taking hours to try and balance it so going to have a separate dining room and living room. Or for example my hallway the one part of the end of the hallway goes on an angle and ends up to a bedroom door, and I'm unable to get a proper mapping of it, so I have to clean both rooms each time when I just need a little small hallway to be done. But on a cleaning level Works amazing mop clean strength.

There should be an option in setting, when doing vacuuming pr mop and vac, an option for increase or decrease sunction power or moping mess at dedicated desired position in the map while doing so. Suppose in my home there are certain area like around basin area or bathroom area where more power vaccume or mess required. However in normal mode everything is done on same setting if option in setting then robot automatically increase power to that marked area on map every time without worry or manua

Good app, but please introduce an option to skip one room of multiple rooms are selected, if doing manually. I need to have control as per the environmental changes . Skip room option would be beneficial. Getting original parts for my freo x Ultra, e.g. the roller, and it's casing, pads, the small plastic grill between the exhaust filter, side brushes and center roller. Also introduce a self diagnosis feature so app can tell me directly what's wrong and how to fix it, rather doingchtgtp

The latest app update (and the previous to previous version) broke remote connection over mobile data. It now only works when my phone and device are on the same Wi-Fi network. This used to work perfectly earlier—please fix this bug!

This app is terrible. I already have a questionable relationship with the vacuum that has gone down the stairs 3 times for no apparent reason. But this app keeps giving me a connection error that doesn't go away until I delete and add my freo x 10 vacuum again and again and again. This app is the reason I'll never buy a narwhal product ever again, what a horrible user experience.

More updates required like, suction power displayed in app and water tank water level showing in app and after empty water tank the app send command automatically to robot gor stop moping, this update is missing on app
