There should be an option in setting, when doing vacuuming pr mop and vac, an option for increase or decrease sunction power or moping mess at dedicated desired position in the map while doing so. Suppose in my home there are certain area like around basin area or bathroom area where more power vaccume or mess required. However in normal mode everything is done on same setting if option in setting then robot automatically increase power to that marked area on map every time without worry or manua

App experience is very good. No issue 1. Please add support for Samsung device now bar. It should show live status progress on now bar in lock screen. 2. There should be dedicated carpet cleaning option. Where mop will lift and full power vacuum start. 3. There should be option to change vacuum cycle and mop coverage precision also during the ongoing cleaning activity if required along with already provided option viz. mopping humidity and suction power changes. 4. option power off in app

Great map tool to control Narwhal. The FREO setting is an absolute must! Love the addition of saving multiple saved plans, multiple time settings, multiple floors maps, even reminders of those separately. Also, a huge fan of the wetness controls. The ability the edit the default setting was a huge time saver. Love this robot!

The app still needs tweaking. For some reason it's so hard to split a room that is taking hours to try and balance it so going to have a separate dining room and living room. Or for example my hallway the one part of the end of the hallway goes on an angle and ends up to a bedroom door, and I'm unable to get a proper mapping of it, so I have to clean both rooms each time when I just need a little small hallway to be done. But on a cleaning level Works amazing mop clean strength.

As of last week the app is completely useless. It just says "network error". I have tried restarting my internet and router, restarting the robot, restarting the base station, unbinding and rebinding the robot, connecting from mobile data instead of Wi-Fi - nothing works. After rebinding the robot and connecting to Wi-Fi the robot literally says "network connected successfully", then the next thing the app shows is "network error".

Update severely impacted usage. The wheels on my early gen Narwhal Freo have been skipping for some time. No one seems to be able to explain why. Anyway, before the update, the robot would attempt to enter the garage, fail, then backup about 1/2 a meter and then enter the garage at speed. With the latest update it tries to enter the garage, fails, then backs up a small amount and tries to enter. It will do this three times before declaring fault. Support had been far less than helpful.

This app is functional, but it needs some major improvement to be competitive with every other manufacturer. You can't split the map to allow you to create rooms so now my house is just a living room according to the app. This has been an issue for a while according to other users, so I don't think Narwhal is willing to address it. When I remotely control the robot, I can only vacuum even though it has a mop. Roborock's app feels years ahead of Narwhal.

There has to be more Cleaning Options. Also have the Vacuum clean closer to the edges/corners and furniture where fur and debris are. Also got to fix the Mapping technology to recognize Walls and learn to separate Rooms properly and identify items and obstacles. I had a Samsung Robot Vacuum and never had this much trouble Mapping as I have had with this Narwhal Flow 2 ready to box it up and return it not worth $1400 what it claims to do not smart enough as they claim it is. I'm frustrated with it
