I love the integration with the visnav 360. Does an excellent job cleaning and reporting where it's been. There are some minor bugs with preparing to start cleaning after a long period of disuse where the bot has to be rebooted, or moving furniture around makes it have trouble finding some cleaning zones, but it generally works well. I hope Dyson continues to improve the bot and app.

Does the job. Could be improved for instance setting regions using diagonals on the map for the 360 vac would be good and a few other things. I hope dyson keep improving the app. The robot vac does a great job.

The App is good, it's smooth, the ui is very to navigate through and I don't have any issues with it, but I don't really see a reason to download it... I have the wash g1 and the only info its showing me right now is my vacuum's name. Maybe with smart vacuum robots it shows more info but for now it seems like this app is just for some tutorials (which you can look up on YT) and a big advertisement center for Dyson products

EDIT: April 2026 had to switch broadband providers and now use an EE 5G Broadband hub, and my Dyson hot/cool air purifier will no longer find my Wi-Fi so can't connect to the hub......my new Dyson Hush jet is fine as is my cool air fan....older tech I assume 😔 Great app....controls my Dyson air purifier seamlessly, gives great information regards air quality etc. Great to see the update allows adding other Dyson products, handhelds etc. but only for new products with a guarantee still active

Constantly flashing white on the power button. You reset your machine and within 10 minutes its flashing again horrible machine for the price it was.

Driving me insane. Constantly trying to connect to my vacuum Bluetooth at all hours of the day and night. Have deleted my vacuum from the app.

EDIT: If you have an earlier model, you do have to create a subnetwork at the 2.4g speed. Contact your cable co. if you're not sure how to do this! Just moved to a newer building where the Wi-Fi is 5G only. I can't use the app to communicate with my TP04 purifier. All the info I've been able to find says that the app with only communicate with a 2.5G network. I've reinstalled the app, reset everything, verified that the purifier has a stong internet signal to no avail. Really guys.......

Pretty disappointed and Frustrated that I cannot use the Air purifier that I just purchased due to the app failing to launch. I contacted customer support and there is a 5-day wait to talk to someone to troubleshoot the issue. Not good enough considering the price tag that come with purchasing a Dyson product.
