Dyson makes amazing products and everything I have bought, although a bit pricey, lasts AND performs without Hick up. Will continue to support this business as best I can. Only thing that would be nice, is on the automatic vacuum map setting, to be able to zoom in while setting exclusion zones and splitting rooms. A bit hard to do right now without zoom ability.

Pretty disappointed and Frustrated that I cannot use the Air purifier that I just purchased due to the app failing to launch. I contacted customer support and there is a 5-day wait to talk to someone to troubleshoot the issue. Not good enough considering the price tag that come with purchasing a Dyson product.

Planned obsolescence part broke early - can't do warranty over the app - chatbot is useless. Requests bt and location and registration and still doesn't know what vacuum you own. App is useless.

Latest update created multiple bugs. For example, you can no longer control fan speed via any third-party provider such as Google, Amazon, Apple, etc. Additionally, the Dyson app itself has bugs which include false positive/negative air quality graph data displayed and multiple missing gaps in the data displayed. Not good...
