Deserves an honest 4 because the app is excellent, but it lacks in certain places for example Wi-Fi where you connect your mobile to your Dyson device. This is still good if you want to have your room nice and clean (air quality wise) before you arrive from work, school or holiday. Be cautious with the Wi-Fi problems though.

The app is ok. functional and gets the job done. However, not being able to zoom in the map when setting no go/avoid areas and setting up zones is annoying beyond belief. I've only used the app with my Dyson Vinay 360, and have no idea how go the app is it isn't for Dyson's other products.

The earlier complains about tracking have been resolved by a firmware update. Only issue is the sensors need to be cleaned regularly.

Useless app for a $750 HP07 Purifier. After over 2 years of seamless use, the app now shows my device as offline. I’ve done full factory resets, unplugged it for days, removed the device from the app, reinstalled the app, and verified my 2.4 GHz network settings. Pairing succeeds and Wi-Fi connects, but the app won't communicate with the unit. Dyson support had no fix. Unacceptable for a premium product. Dyson lost another customer.

Previously worked perfectly, now I'm locked out of the app because I can't reset my password and the forgot password system seems to be stuck in a loop when the updated password doesn't connect to the app. My partner has the same issue on an iPhone. Now I can't access my purifier, or purchase a filter replacement.

I can't connect to my fan after the latest app update. It just keeps loading and never connect.

Driving me insane. Constantly trying to connect to my vacuum Bluetooth at all hours of the day and night. Have deleted my vacuum from the app.
