I love love love my insurance and this app. I have been with for about 5 yrs now. Moved states and took them with me. Best customer service ever. I even had a car stolen, and they took very good care of me. I will never leave them even if I found cheaper insurance

No Apple Pay, no Google wallet. Doesn't show all your policies nor when they are due for renewal unless you are within 4 weeks or at all if they are recently paid. Difficult to navigate.

When you try multiple times to get on, it isn't good experience. I hope the app isn't a reflection of the insurance. I'm uninstalling no need to tell me to call support as others have been told. Just fix your app.
