I am rating this company in general. I do not recommend Direct Auto insurance. Needed a windshield replacement. Direct give me the run around for 2 months. It took for me to tell them I was canceling my policy to finally get my much-needed approval. Next month rolls around, I was 2 days late with my payment, according to Direct you have a 10-day grace period. My policy was canceled. I did not reinstate it. I am taking my business elsewhere. Thank you cause my new policy saves me money.

The app literally doesn't work and hasn't in over 8 months, gets an error everything it trys to login after a redirect

The app is just a shortcut to the website, their customer service is horrible, and it was just a horrible experience overall. Thank God I didn't have to make a claim with them. I am paying more now just to get away from this company

Roadside assistance, set the drop-off point by moving a pin... it tells you the gps coordinates, not the address...(Ok so far) WHY TF did the tow truck driver drop my car in an apartment complex INSTEAD of on the street, where it's supposed to be? It's not the tow truck drivers fault your app is B.S.!
