It's only good if you sign up for the first time and never change your policy number. Otherwise, they lose your information, try to have you pay for multiple policies while not even being able to get proof of your policy online because they don't know how to freak actually have the algorithm recognize the same people the same birthday, the same social security number, the same address, just a new policy. And God forbid you try to call them and get help.

Take my money, Cancel my service. I paid my bill twice, and it canceled my service. I reinstate service pay my bill under threat of having it canceled even though I had time before the bill was due, and they canceled it anyway. How do you manage your business this way? By taking my momey and telling me to kick rocks?

I just got with them 2 weeks ago. They said for 3 cars 198.00 dollars a month liability only. I couldn't believe everything was amazing. Even enrolled in auto payments. 2 weeks later wanted to ceck the digital ID to see the price went up to 1000 dollars a month. This is just scam. They upgraded without my permission to premium too. And I can't change nothing on the application without their help. But they can change anything without asking me. Big scam.
