No real problems, just hate that app opens like 3 windows just to make a payment. If I wanted to use the website, i wouldn't have installed the app

It's only good if you sign up for the first time and never change your policy number. Otherwise, they lose your information, try to have you pay for multiple policies while not even being able to get proof of your policy online because they don't know how to freak actually have the algorithm recognize the same people the same birthday, the same social security number, the same address, just a new policy. And God forbid you try to call them and get help.

Roadside assistance, set the drop-off point by moving a pin... it tells you the gps coordinates, not the address...(Ok so far) WHY TF did the tow truck driver drop my car in an apartment complex INSTEAD of on the street, where it's supposed to be? It's not the tow truck drivers fault your app is B.S.!

I registered my account but when I try to log in it says unexpected error customer service is no help either I can't wait to drop them I can't see my information online or the app 🙃
