Very great enrollment process and very easy app to navigate, document signing was very easy and very efficient I did not have to speak to anyone on the phone in my rate did not change through the process from the initial quote and saving the quote to finalizing the quote, and it took me longer to talk to it insurance agent who eventually told me that they could not help then it did to use the app and create a policy and pay for the policy as in it's very efficient it took me all of 15 minutes

They always work w u unless it's passed due& that is 10 days from 1st due bill, but she just went ahead & got me a cheaper policy bc recertifyin cost more she's Amazon she works in Athens her name is Angela I believe. She doesn't let u leave not satisfied w whatever she possibly could do 4u there & if she can't, she will find someone or send u to someone else they will take care of everything!a lil pricey, but this is prolly the best insurance comp 4freq accidents/points on the Rd, so it's worth it!

I really think driving without insurance is easier than using this app. They want to send you verification codes, great but if you change screens expect to do it all over again. Want multiple policies, for more than one vehicle? They're not smart enough to connect the email. Address! If it wasn't cheaper than driving uninsured I wouldn't be paying them. Btw both my policies vanished so....

The app won't let me log in just like the website and this is a very common occurrence, I can't check my plan, and they made everything paperless, so now I have to rely on the website or app.

New update doesn't work on Android 17. Just shows one page and doesn't take you anywhere into the app. Can't get my ID cards or anything, just one face page that doesn't do anything. Please fix asap.
