Very easy to understand and reliable, need better down payment quotes. $400 down is a lot of money, for people who wants real insurance. Every insurance company can't charge the same amount down on an insurance quote.

I just recently signed up for Cure Auto Insurance, and I was able to log into the app with my policy number and make an account, but when it takes me back to the main screen to log in again, I put my username and password in perfectly, and it does just one second loaded screen and then from there it jumps back to the login screen again and doesn't log me in. Not sure what the issue is.

Cancelled my policy for absolutely no reason with no warning. Had them a couple of years ago but just wanted to give everyone a warning. They will cancel you if you complain as well. They're suing an attorney in Michigan again for speaking out. This company is predatory and cowardice. If you can't handle truthful criticism then you need to get out of customer service. But what do you expect from an insurance company. Take everything from us and give nothing in return.

Cheap for a reason. You get what you pay for. Don't want to cover your claims, hard to communicate, no good help, no payment extensions allowed, and is just not a good option for insurance. Not to mention to make a payment through this app it charges you $15 convenience fee lol. My friends and family have both used cure and have agreed mutually on this matter.

I would love to be able to log on and use the app, but it said it is only for Michigan state customers & not for NJ or PA customers. Really, I've had your insurance company for a few years now, and I'm still having trouble with insurance. I think I might change soon. I guess not 5 ☆ service here either.
