Whenever you're required to update the app you're forcibly logged out. Very useless when you're on the road and need information like your insurance card and it just so happens to log you completely out. Every. Single. Time.

The app couldn't tell I wasn't driving last night nor the day I got it. It recorded someone else driving their car. Not me driving my car. I was a passenger. You need to make sure your app has the ability for us to put down if we were actually a passenger or not.

They put my kid on my insurance without my ok they lowered my bill alot but still wanted me to pay $304 for the month of May and im not doing that something that was there fault and try to make me pay for it not cool.

I canceled Progressive, and they charged me another month I refuse to be manipulated by a company that doesn't cancel your policy until a full month after. I will not be cheated remove this charge I dontnowe you anything.
