Waiting around on even more loading screens now (time is dependent on data speed, but every navigation does take time); however the newly added waiting screens are a welcome change from having the app freeze so often (haven't had a single freeze since). So, imperfect, but so much better than before. I do appreciate how easy the app is to navigate and how much you can do within it (instead of it sending you to a browser window).

When using snapshot and trying to differentiate between passenger/driver status, only one trip can be changed. The "X" button to close the trip menu doesn't work. The app must be closed entirely to edit any single trip. The conditions set for achieving stars are questionable. The only hard braking I ever experience are due to lights forcing me decide to stop or risk running reds when always traveling at the speed limit. 3/5 Stars just for that and no other incidents? Yep, questionable.

The app couldn't tell I wasn't driving last night nor the day I got it. It recorded someone else driving their car. Not me driving my car. I was a passenger. You need to make sure your app has the ability for us to put down if we were actually a passenger or not.

I have had progressive for several yrs an payments keep getting worse im thinking of changing companies they just keep robbing us. Even cause my house payment to go up to 1900 on our home insurance. I don't even think we get a bundle deal. I think it's all lies.

Whoever designed app is a fool. When you create an account it doesn't let you set up a password thus creating a never ending circle where it won't let you sign in and when you hit forgot password it just brings right back to the same login page. I'm about 5 minutes away from cancelling my policy and going with GEICO, their app works
