For about 2 weeks now, every time I click on the login button, it takes me to a screen that says, "Something went wrong. Please try again later." My only option on this screen is a Close button. It doesn't give me any more specific information than that. It appears the app has just stopped working. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it to no avail. I'm required to use the website instead to file a claim, which is less convenient.

My bill keeps increasing, and I'm so sick of it. Insurance in general is a rip-off and nationwide is no exception.

I have Smart Miles insurance and Nationwide tells you that your payment is based on the miles you actually drive, but that's not really true. There's a device you plug into your car that keeps track which is very accurate. You get an email saying how much your bill "should" be but then when you go to make payment the bill is way higher. I've complain many times but no one ever actually explains how the program really works.

Can't set up biometrics, have to continually re-download digital cards as proof of auto insurance. No user-friendliness whatsoever.
