Can't set up biometrics, have to continually re-download digital cards as proof of auto insurance. No user-friendliness whatsoever.

This is the most difficult app. It starts with the email, which tells me to log in to see new document, etc. I open the app, and it does not allow the fingerprint recognition, then tells me password is wrong, and it wants me to receive a code by text or email. Get through that process, set a new password and ENABLE fingerprints EVERY TIME, The 'document' is essentially the bill, which I am enrolled in auto-pay... Total waste of time on a regular basis.

I use Nationwide for my per insurance, so I have to submit a claim when I want to use it. Every time I have tried to use the app to start a claim I have had issues. It opens up a page on my web browser and then never loads saying there is an error. It would be nice if we could start a claim in the app and aren't directed to another browser where we havr to log in all over again in order to do anything.
