As mentioned by other reviewers, I installed the app for the first time and did experience slowness on the first data load and also enabled biometrics. Subsequent times it worked just fine and had no issues.

Won't let you log in using My Encompass login information, and trying to reset password just crashes the app repeatedly. Useless application.
