I thought when downloading I'd be able to log into my account and view tickets I had previously bought, which would be easier than searching through emails at the gate. Alas, not. I'm not sure what the point of the app is if I can't view tickets bought online, so I will be uninstalling. UPDATE: there is a way to add a ticket via the ticket number and email address used at booking. It didn't seem the most intuitive.

No real-time digital information at coach stands. Surely this should be implemented across National Express network. It's standard practice in the transport industry. Get up to date National Express, it's a tech-driven environment now, don't you know?

No option to log in on the app, so if I want to view tickets that I have already booked though the website I need to individually enter booking reference and my email address for every single ticket. Waste of time, might as well just use the website through phone web browser

Very disappointed from national express bus I will never in my life book a ticket of national express because yesterday I wait for the bus in Milton Keynes station at nighttime about 3 hours in this freezing and national express bus station is closed they have no any care for passengers all the passengers at nighttime they are freezing, and they are waiting outside for bus for 3 ،،4۔ hours I don't know why Milton Keynes station is closed at night 6:00 it's against of law. How people can survive
