I thought when downloading I'd be able to log into my account and view tickets I had previously bought, which would be easier than searching through emails at the gate. Alas, not. I'm not sure what the point of the app is if I can't view tickets bought online, so I will be uninstalling. UPDATE: there is a way to add a ticket via the ticket number and email address used at booking. It didn't seem the most intuitive.

My first experience with National Express was very disappointing. After booking my ticket, the bus timings were changed, which disrupted my carefully planned trip from Leicester to Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight. The coach was poorly maintained, with constant rattling noises throughout the journey. There was also a strong unpleasant smell from the toilet area. On the return trip, the driver repeatedly used the horn unnecessarily. Overall, the service was unreliable and uncomfortable.

No real-time digital information at coach stands. Surely this should be implemented across National Express network. It's standard practice in the transport industry. Get up to date National Express, it's a tech-driven environment now, don't you know?

Worst service. Frequently cancelled my tickets mostly at late night journeys at the last moment and always facing the same issue for the last 6 months. They just send me msg about changing time without asking for preference. No one should rely on their service if you have any important journey.
