App appears to work well (all I've done so far is bought a ticket in advance). Annoyed that the 10% off offer is only for a full price ticket (so not on a ticket that is discounted because you're buying it early).

On S25 Ultra when payment details entered the pay button is behind the home button have to use pen to confirm payment as only very small area of payment showing

Can be slow, won't always display tickets, quicker to buy a paper ticket that the station. Needs to be quick and robust.

Takes too long to pay on the app, almost missed the train as it was asking for email and house address, why do they need that info? Also doesn't allow card details to be inputted automatically
