Dear Time slink, Thank you for getting in touch regarding my recent survey feedback. I gave these scores based on my recent experience with the service. While I appreciate the effort of the Time slink app, there were some issues that affected my overall satisfaction. In particular, delays in service and a lack of clear tracking updates made the process frustrating, which is why I did not give higher scores. Overall a great app, but only issue now is that when viewing the tickets to scan at the barriers the screen brightness doesn't increase to allow it to be scanned successfully. If I increase the brightness manually it works fine, but I shouldn't have to. It seems worse since it's been darker in the morning and evening so the phone's adaptive brightness makes the screen dimmer than it is during the summer. Other similar apps can do this. So one more small tweak to make the app great.

Most of the time the app works well. When it comes to season tickets if you have an S-ticket there is not an option to update the photograph. On the journey alerts it would be helpful if you could select certain routes. When you create the alert, having a via or not via option would be so helpful. 95% of the time the delay reply function works brilliantly but on that 5% it's a complete nightmare. When it does not recognize the journey you have made and all you get no help from customer service

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great App for Stress-Free Travel I’ve been using the Thames link app regularly, and it’s made my journeys so much easier. Booking tickets is quick, with no extra fees, and I love being able to store them digitally on my phone. The live service updates are accurate, and KeyGo makes travelling effortless without worrying about the right fare. Delay Repay is also super handy and works automatically! The design is modern and easy to navigate, and it’s great having Apple Pay and Google Pay

Decently easy to buy tickets and view frequent trains. They make it needlessly difficult to do a delay repay claim, even when I've purchased the ticket through them on their app, they ask you to go get screenshots, ticket numbers, etc. Then, when I went to submit, it gave me an unknown error. So I can't even submit my claim after all that. I guess I'm not too surprised.

Ok app for checking train times and buying tickets but unable to load tickets to the key smart card, so much for the digital convenience Thames link boast
