Easy to book tickets and very intuitive interface. No problems. Update, still the best train app I have used, and the trains are excellent too! Greater Anglia is great

After a work week of 3 delays and 1 cancellation, I buy a ticket to Tottenham Hale with a change from the Stratford line to the London Liverpool Street service. I open the app this morning, and it has changed to tell me to change to Platform 1 to Platform 1 on the train I am on. I did not buy this. Not only that, the 6:48 to Stratford has been changed at Rye House to London Liverpool street (with another LLS to follow). No warnings. No info. Now it takes 3 trains to get to work. GA are the worst!

Worst app I have ever used. If you want to get completely stitched up trying to buy a ticket from this complicated pile of shite then this is right up your street. Honestly, we need to do something about these companies taking all the control on how we travel into London. The cost do not justify the service

Whoever gave this useless app 5 stars is related to or working for Greater Anglia. And telling lies. Having used this app for a while now l can confidently say it is useless trash.

My tickets don't load, so I cannot scan them to go through the gates. It used to work ok until a couple of weeks ago. I tried reinstalling but does the same thing. I also filled in a form on the website and got no reply. I now have to dig through a pile of emails to access my tickets which I need multiple times per week. Very inconvenient. Happy to change my review if someone actually reaches out to me to help
