The app offers no login to the railcard account. On checking via support you cannot have a digital railcard and a backup plastic version. I've opted for the plastic card as whilst its hassle, at least it will not run out of batteries.

Paid for a new Railcard after countless emails prompting me too, and I can't add the new Railcard to the app at all. I've requested a new download code, which also throws up the "code is invalid or expired" warning. So dumb.

You can't screenshot shot your card, so if you have bad internet day you can't use the card... don't get if you have low internet data as you can only use card if you have internet connection on the train and ticket office!!

Awful app, the app doesn't allow screenshots, therefore the railcard app is controlling my phone without my permission, utter bollocks.

Very irritating, when you first open then it says photo is missing, have to fiddle a bit and then photo appears. Why can't the card just go into Google wallet? Completely useless app
