I had issues editing my reservation as "confirming I am a human" was failing time after time. Other than that, it is a good and very useful app

Good to have a bus from ottawa to montreal airport, hope will have more frequency like greyhound before

A smooth bus trip with all announcements made in French and English, until we came to the outskirts of Montreal when all changed to French, so we had no idea what the driver was announcing !

Please update this app. It works great except that it does not want to let me book a trip from Union Station in Toronto to Ottawa. It is fine with the other direction but says Union cannot be a station for departure. Apart from that, the service is good.

Does not work and keeps going to a default trip search, with no ability to book anything

A sign in Riviera Au Renard was in the wrong place, so I missed my bus. Which cost me two days of lost work, an extra night in a motel, and a new bus ticket. (~$700.00+) I have not received a penny from the company...

I got everything done and when it camw to confirming my trip, the app crashed. So I started again. Now I have 4 tickets instead of 2, and they will not refund it all to be. Absolutely terrible app and no one should use it ever. I am extremely upset and will NEVER be travelling with Orleans Express unless absolutely necessary.

Can't be trusted The website accepts very long passwords; the app doesn't. I had the luck I could still change my password on time, so I could access my e-ticket. On my return trip login kept giving an "unauthorized action" error. If not for the ticket I saved in Dropbox, I would have missed my bus. Unreliable app.
