It's nice that it tells you the gratuity amount so you won't have to think about it. You get a text when your car arrives with the name of the driver and car model and even driver rating. I never used Uber or those other cab apps before, but I know for a fact that this service is generally cheaper for longer distances.

Cheapest ride to jfk. Nothing ever beats it, and they're reliable and on
time.

I had a very negative experience where the company tried to charge me extra without informing me on my credit card. The price on the app said 34 dollars with 3.75 as gratuity totaling 37. Driver said 37 didn't include tip and wanted to charge 42 without explaining why. He called operator, and she cursed me out in chinese when I refused to pay more than the agreed amount of 37 (stated in my phone). I'm switching to another car service after seeing how unprofessional they are.
