Great app Awesome for reservation I reserved a car with prestige to jfk from the bronx, and they never called me I was lucky I had the high class app I reserved my cab with high class, and they came 5 mins early and waited and got us to the airport on time. Love it!!!

I use this app faithfully, and I almost always get a driver within the time I specify. Sometimes they come earlier than scheduled by ten minutes, but I simply state I'll come out at the time I scheduled, and they wait for me without extra charge. The prices are fair and the drivers call when they have reached your pickup address. If you're sending someone you can keep tabbing on the car through the app to make sure they got to their destination and she for knowing the location of the car while waiting

The worse car company EVER!! The Dispatchers are very rude...don't use this company...the owner should give them customer service class to the animals of Dispatch that he or she has working there

Your drivers are incompetent they don't speak English they are not professional they are never on time they always have an attitude worst you are the worst cab company I used to love this company but now trash

Got me to use Uber When I attached a credit card to my profile, drivers stopped picking me up. Iller than that they would cancel pick-ups. This got me to use others services like Uber.

After waiting for more than 40 mins, the customer service told a US that the cab picked up another person and that it would be back in 10 mins, so we had to wait until they send another cab, seriously? Bah!
