Great!! I just downloaded this because every time I call they always leave me on hold for like 10 to 15 mins. My god this was the fastest I ever got a taxi!!! This app Is great. It even showed me the car's location and time.

What a piece of garbage! They never showed up. Dispatcher lied and told me someone was there and they were not! Missed my flight and spent the whole day on standby. Do not use these crooks!

Used the app and the driver never showed up. The little ar on the map
started spinning in circles. I called the base and a driver was there
within 1 minute. He told me that the app is awful. Don't bother if you have
somewhere to get to with some urgency, like an airport! I will still use
the car service. I never have problems with Excellent.
