Needs a lot of work, is not adding the tolls, it doesn't have a round trip option and create conflict within passengers, drivers and the company. People don't read the policy.

What a problem causer. Gives me the wrong prices which causes real issues with drivers. Your dev team needs to fix this p.o.s I got into a fight cause your driver didn't agree with the price which I would clearly show them otherwise. This app is Fk'd up i don't think im going to keep using this service

Booked a ride and I have forgotten to get my change from the driver. I immediately contacted the company. They put me on hold over and over and never came back to the phone. Still to date I have not heard anything regarding my issue with this matter. All I was trying to do is figure out how to fix the matter.

It's crazy how the app charges $34.50 the Driver (Felix) called the agency to ask the lady over the phone to add more on my ride just because he picked me up at the wrong address. The beauty of that is none of them know I speak Spanish. SMH, that is fraud total fraud. From $40, I got $0.25 back when my ride is $34.50
