Needs a lot of work, is not adding the tolls, it doesn't have a round trip option and create conflict within passengers, drivers and the company. People don't read the policy.

Booked a ride and I have forgotten to get my change from the driver. I immediately contacted the company. They put me on hold over and over and never came back to the phone. Still to date I have not heard anything regarding my issue with this matter. All I was trying to do is figure out how to fix the matter.

I have had good experiences, and I've had bad ones with them. The part that prevents a higher rating is the fact that the drivers will TAKE A CALL which now makes you UNAVAILABLE to other drivers. THEN THEY CANCEL. And there is nothing you can do. Even though their unreliability will make YOU the PAYING customer late. An possibly after enough times may cost your job. The rating will go up when YOU BEGIN TO HOLD YOUR DRIVERS ACCOUNTABLE.
